Crowshott Consultancy Limited is the company owned by a Registered Social Worker with over 22 years of experience leading, advising and consulting in relation to child and young adult safeguarding issues in high-risk, regulated environments. We intend to support organisations, particularly those outside traditional statutory settings to create and embed a safeguarding culture.

We can support you to create safeguarding frameworks that protect young people aged 16 to 25 while ensuring legal defensibility, policy coherence and organisational confidence.

We have experience of senior leadership roles within both the NHS and the Local Authority, and alongside coaching, leadership and management experience and qualifications can work with organisations, senior leaders and designated safeguarding leads to embed safeguarding culture through clear strategy, policy and training.
